Refund policy

At The Billiards Center, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. As an authorized retailer for multiple manufacturers, return eligibility and conditions may vary by brand and product. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior authorization from The Billiards Center. Do not return any item without receiving written return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused by the manufacturer or warehouse and may not be eligible for a refund. To request a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@thebilliardscenter.com within the applicable return period.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
  • The return request must be submitted within the manufacturer's approved return window.
  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in new condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • The item must not show signs of installation, modification, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
Products returned that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or subject to additional fees.

Manufacturer-Specific Policies
Because The Billiards Center is an authorized retailer for multiple manufacturers, return policies may vary depending on the brand and product purchased.  bhy7The return window, restocking fees, return shipping requirements, and eligibility conditions for your specific product will be displayed on the product page or provided upon request. Manufacturer-specific policies supersede this general policy where applicable.

Restocking Fees
Some manufacturers charge restocking fees for returned merchandise. If a restocking fee applies, the amount will be disclosed during the return authorization process and deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of shipping damage, manufacturer defect, or an error made by The Billiards Center, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For large freight-shipped items such as pool tables, shuffleboards, and game room furniture, return shipping costs may be substantial and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless prohibited by law. Custom Orders and Special Orders Custom-built, made-to-order, personalized, or special-order products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. Once production has begun, these orders cannot be canceled, modified, or returned unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Refused Deliveries
Refusing delivery of an order without prior authorization from The Billiards Center may result in:
  • Return freight charges
  • Storage fees
  • Restocking fees
  • Original shipping charges
These costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Damaged Shipments
Customers are responsible for inspecting all deliveries upon arrival. If visible shipping damage is present:
  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Take photographs of the packaging and product.
  • Notify The Billiards Center immediately.
Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe may affect our ability to file a claim with the carrier.

Defective Products
If your product arrives defective or develops a manufacturer-covered defect, please contact us promptly. Many products are covered by manufacturer warranties. In some cases, replacement parts, repairs, or warranty service may be provided directly by the manufacturer. The Billiards Center will assist customers in coordinating warranty support whenever possible.

Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times vary by financial institution but generally appear within 5–10 business days after approval. Any applicable restocking fees, return shipping charges, freight charges, or other authorized deductions will be subtracted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment unless the product is custom-built, special-order, or already in production. Orders canceled after processing may be subject to manufacturer cancellation fees. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the applicable return process.
